How the work initiates
Single point of contact from the first query
There is no account layer between the client and the SciVoc team. A request is attended by a single point of contact who stays with the engagement — which is why briefing happens once, and the team initiates the request immediately.

You describe the ask/query and the associated details.
Single POC
A single lead processes the request, and scoping is complete.
MSA or SOW
Scope, timeline, and pricing model agreed in writing before work begins.
Delivery
The writing team produces the draft; editorial and QC sign it off before it reaches the client.

SciVoc’s IT security position is organized around four domains.
These four domains are the registered scope of SciVoc’s ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

Device-level encryption, encrypted transport between SciVoc and client environments, and certificate-backed connections.
