Leadership Team

Najeeb is a distinguished medical communications specialist, an expert writer, and medical affairs consultant with 14 years of professional experience. His stints at global pharma companies provide him the edge needed to drive strategy, growth, and development at businesses. His scientific intellect coupled with a solution-oriented approach inspires a new way of thinking in SciVoc. With an ability to transform complex customer situations into meaningful and ethical solutions, Najeeb is a specialist in his field of work. 

He is a Certified Medical Publications Professional (CMPP), offered by the International Society for Medical Publications Professional (ISMPP), and holds work ethics, quality, and client service as a top priority. He is a Type 1 diabetes advocate and is passionate about spreading awareness regarding the condition. He is a pioneer member of the Startups Club, India. He loves reading non-fiction, and his keen interest is in soft skills and human behavior. His personality and ability to interact and connect with people often inspire many young writers and entrepreneurs.

Lakshmi possesses over 16 years of work experience in clinical and epidemiological research in GSK Pharma (vaccines division) and 20 years of working experience overall. She has supported global and regional teams as a writer in many clinical and epidemiological study projects (Rotavirus, DTPa-HBV-IPV/Hib projects, HBV-MPL, etc.), having worked on several regulatory documents. She has been an astute regional study manager for the APACH/J region, where she managed several activities for all company-sponsored and supported studies. She later transitioned to a Global/ Regional publication manager role where she handled global publications for Rotavirus and (pharmaco)epidemiology projects like a publication lead. She is an avid Karnataka state-level cricket coach and possess an incredible coaching and mentoring ability for aspiring professionals. Lakshmi is the scientific expert with SciVoc and plays a crucial role in managing quality and consistency across projects.
